Hello, Iā€™m Nicole-Paris.

(But, people call me just Nicole, NP, No Problem, -Hyphen, & shark girl. I love sharks.)

I was born in a tiny town in Scotland, grew up on an even smaller island in The Bahamas, and currently live in the United States. Some people used to call this move chasing the American dream, and I see why. Here, I was able to become a first-generation university graduate. I attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, double majoring in Advertising & Branding and Social Strategy & Management.

I've always been a designer at heart. I love branding. Just the thought of it makes my eyes widen with visual excitement. Idk how to explain it, but if you know about the psychological state of 'flow,' then you know the feeling I'm trying to describe. Surrounded by color, typefaces, and logos, the list could go on, but that's my happy place.

As an art director and creative strategist, I want to connect people with their passions and transform brand identities into compelling narratives, converting consumers into advocates. For lack of better words, let's go back to the sharks. A species that is so widely misunderstood in headlines and the entertainment industry. I'm obsessed with how advertising influences people and how they are impacted by brands daily - whether they realize it or not. Just as quickly as the reputation sharks have because of the media. Ultimately, my career goal is to eliminate any negative connotations within advertising and build communities, one pixel at a time.
